Plans, trials, and billing

Everything billing-related lives in one place: open your user menu and choose **Billing**.

• **Free plan** — free forever, no credit card required. It includes a real working survey with a monthly response allowance, so you can evaluate the product with your own data.
• **Pro trial** — a **28-day free trial** of the Professional plan, so you can try team features and higher limits before paying. When the trial ends you move back to your previous plan; your surveys and data are untouched.
• **Upgrading** — pick a plan on the Billing page and check out. Upgrades apply immediately. Annual billing costs less than monthly.
• **Downgrading or canceling** — also from the Billing page. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data is never deleted because of a plan change.

Response allowances reset monthly. If a survey takes off and you hit your limit, you'll be warned well before anything is blocked.
