Plans, trials, and billing

Everything billing-related lives in one place: open your user menu and choose Billing.

• Free plan — free forever, no credit card required. It includes a real working survey with a monthly response allowance, so you can evaluate the product with your own data.
• Free trial — one 28-day free trial per organisation, with no card. It includes Business features with the Pro plan's usage limits, so you can try cross-tabs with respondent attributes, weighting and open-end coding before paying. When it ends you move back to the plan you were on; nothing you made is deleted, and features above your plan are locked until you upgrade.
• Upgrading — pick a plan on the Billing page and check out. Upgrades apply immediately. Annual billing costs less than monthly.
• Downgrading or canceling — also from the Billing page. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data is never deleted because of a plan change.

Response allowances reset monthly. If a survey takes off and you hit your limit, you'll be warned well before anything is blocked.
