Publish and share your survey

A draft survey is only visible to you and your team. To start collecting responses:

1. Open the survey in the builder.
2. Click **Publish**. We run a quick health check first and flag anything that could hurt your data quality — you can fix issues or publish anyway.
3. You get a **share link** immediately. Anyone with the link can respond, on any device.

From the survey's **Distribution** page you can also:

• Copy the share link again at any time.
• Download a **QR code** for print, packaging, or slides.
• Set up other channels, like embedding the survey on your own site.

You can keep editing a live survey — small wording fixes are fine. For bigger changes, consider whether responses collected before and after the change are still comparable.

When you're done collecting, **close** the survey from its overview page. Closed surveys stop accepting responses but keep all their results.
