Get your responses out as CSV, Excel or JSON at any time, and as an SPSS package on the Pro plan and above.
Your data is yours, full stop. Every response can be exported at any time, in whatever state your survey is in, as CSV, Excel or JSON — those formats are never gated behind confidence states or plan limits. SPSS export needs the Pro plan or above.
From a survey's results, choose Export and pick a format:
For a live pipeline instead of one-off files, you can also sync responses continuously to your own systems via webhooks and the REST API (see Organization → Integrations).
One caveat worth repeating from Understanding confidence states: exporting data early is fine — just carry the confidence state with you when you present conclusions from it.
