Get your responses out as CSV, Excel, JSON, or SPSS — at any time.
Your data is yours, full stop. Every response can be exported at any time, in whatever state your survey is in — export is never gated behind confidence states or plan limits.
From a survey's results, choose **Export** and pick a format:
For a live pipeline instead of one-off files, you can also sync responses continuously — for example to Google Sheets, or to your own systems via webhooks and the REST API (see **Organization → Integrations**).
One caveat worth repeating from [Understanding confidence states](/help/understanding-confidence-states): exporting data early is fine — just carry the confidence state with you when you present conclusions from it.
