Can I try Surventrics for free?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 1 survey and 100 responses per month. It's perfect for getting started and exploring the platform. No credit card required.
Can I bring my existing surveys with me?
Yes. Upload a Google Forms responses CSV, or upload a Qualtrics .qsf, a SurveyMonkey or Alchemer export, or a Word or Excel questionnaire. We show you what will and will not come across before anything is created. Importing is included on every plan, Free included.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
We'll give you a heads-up as you approach your monthly allowance, but we won't abruptly cut your survey off. Responses keep coming in past your allowance — and you're never automatically charged for the extras. To raise your limit, add a one-off response top-up (permanent, yours to keep) or upgrade your plan. Collection only pauses if you reach three times your monthly allowance without topping up or upgrading.
What happens when I run out of AI actions?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions. When it is used up, AI features pause until it resets, and you see exactly what is left and when. You are never charged automatically for extra AI actions.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes. The Community plan is free for non-profits, schools and academic institutions that qualify. Contact us to check eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
